This Week’s Message

The doctrine of the bodily resurrection refers to both the bodily resurrection of Christ, as well as the bodily resurrection of believers. Although the bodily resurrection of believers may not be talked about near as often as other cardinal doctrines, such as the Trinity or the divinity of Christ, it is nonetheless a core belief of the church.  The Apostles’ Creed, which dates to around 250 A.D. states our belief in the “resurrection of the body.” Join us this Sunday morning as we examine the Biblical foundation for this important belief and consider the practical implications for us today.
